Im looking for a responsible easy-going roommate to rent a room in a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a quiet residential area in South Minneapolis near Minnehaha Parkway and not far from the 46th street light rail station. The large sunny upstairs room has just become available (friendly exchange just moved out). The previous tennant paid $500/month, which included all utilities and cable and high speed Internet.
