| Hi. My name is Kenn. I own a duplex in Minneapolis. I live downstairs and rent out two furnished rooms upstairs. The bedrooms are private; the living room, bathroom, and kitchen are shared. It is a very nice apartment.
Right now one room is rented by a 28-year-old open minded male. He’s a very nice guy – friendly and quiet. He works two jobs, and is not home too often. The other room is currently available for rent.
The rent is $140 per week, with a $100 deposit. The rent includes all utilities except phone and cable. There is a washer and dryer on site. The house is located minutes from I94 and downtown. It is also on bus routes.
As I say, one room is rented and the other is available. I expect it to be rented quickly, but I would like to invite you to consider taking a look at it, meeting the current tenant, and filling out a rental application.

| I am looking for a male to share my apartment. Move in May 1st of possibly sooner. The apartment is a 3 bedroom upper with wood floors, vaulted ceilings, dishwasher, washer/dryer in bathroom. Everything is new/remodeled - all the lighting, fixtures, sinks, appliances, windows, etc. You would have your own unfurnished bedroom (you can paint, if desired), and there is a small bedroom we could share, maybe as an office. The rest of the apartment is furnished and decorated. There is a screened in back porch thats great in the summer. I am a 28 year old female massage therapy and I live with my super old, friendly cat. She mostly sleeps and shouldnt be a bother. I like to cook, read and watch tv while Im home, but I spend a lot of time away from home. $550 does not include utilities.
