I have a Two bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 2 bedrooms and available in Minneapolis Northeast Twin Cities Area, Minnesota at University / Broadway for the rent of $450/Mth . The roommate lease is from 4/15/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Disconnected and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does not have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 450. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

eNTIRE SECOND FLOOR, 2+ ROOMS AND PRIVATE BATH. The common areas are the laundry room and kitchen. the renter will enter through the laundry room, then kicthen. I a clean person and need someone who will help keep the common areas clean. The stairs to the private second floor raise from the kitchen and my living areas are segragrated on both sides of the kitchen. The house is 14 blocks from downtown Minneapolis.
