| I have a Four bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in St Paul East Twin Cities Area, Minnesota at E Interstate 94e / White Bear Ave for the rent of $475/Mth . The roommate lease is from 10/1/2006 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease.
The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required.

| The house is in a great spot only 12 minutes from the light rail and a block from 2 bus stops. The house is a split level and is very roomy with a great portch if you smoke. Along with no hidden charges and easy driveway and or street parking. If this is a place that sounds interesting feel free to email.
