I own a 2 bedroom townhouse and need a new roommate. Prospective roommate would have own living room and 1/2 bath. This is a five level townhome with a patio over the garage and a small patio off the lower living room. There is assigned parking and plenty of street parking. I'm a pretty laid back person, and would describe myself as easy to live with. I'm looking for someone to move in July 1st,but August 1st is also ok.
