I have a Two bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Lauderdale (Meridian) Pines, Mississippi at Poplar Springs / Drive for the rent of $250/Mth . The roommate lease is from 6/13/2005 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 1100. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

Looking for a good roomate, someone that is dependable. Not much of a party person. I am a open minded male, but am cool with open minded. I have no problem with your privacy, but please respect mine. I get along easy with others. No pets please. I do cook alot its one of my passions, but I do ask that you furnish your own food unless I feel like endulging you. Sometimes that happens, ha! Please be neat, but not anal about it. I like my tv and my books so if you have your own tv thats a plus. I like to have a roommate. Laundry room is down by the pool, but I dont mind you throwing your stuff in my wash when Im doing it.
