The roommate lease is from 10/10/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Included and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. Beautiful Victorian home near Wesport and Plaza. Top of the line furniture, fully equipped, alarm system, yard, etc. Each bedroom as more than one room. One has a sun porch AND a sun room attached to it, second has a dressing room alsmost as large as the bedroom itself, separated by French doors. 3rd room (3rd floor) is mine, but I am almost never in the Kansas City, 3 months/year at the most, so basically this huge house will be shared by only most of the time. Short term or long term OK.
