I have a Four bedrooms , 3+ bathrooms apartment to share with 3 bedrooms and available in North Las Vegas Area, Nevada at I215 / Losee Rd. for the rent of $595/Mth . The roommate lease is from 7/7/2004 to Min6 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Other and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. I have the smae qualities as what I seek. i am quiet but easygoing/fun, extremely neat/claen, etc.
