Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. My fiance, Mike and I have a wonderful place. Its just too big, so we are looking for someone to help us fill it, lol. We are expecting a baby in August, so as of August there will be a child present. We have a cat, she is well-behaved, and pretty friendly. We also have a fish tank with 3 fish. We take care of the fish and the cat, that is no one elses responsibility. We are looking for anyone who needs a room somewhere. We are very understanding people, and were not scrict. Any roommate that does move in gets, thier own room, cable, internet, storage, parking, washer/dryer, and all other bills (except phone) included in their monthly rent.
