I am the primary leaseholder of a 2 bedroom apartment condo, located on the 10th floor, with a view of the Manhattan skyline. You will have occupancy of the master bedroom and the entire place for most of the time. I am ccurrently conducting projects on the west coast and do not expect to be at the place that much except on occasional trips back to the area. The building is gated, luxurious, and within walking distance (3-4 blocks) to the train station. The train gets you to downtown Manhattan in roughly fifteen minutes if you expect to work there. This is a great place if you are looking to be in a secluded area that is within close proximity to everything that the city has to offer.
