Beautiful Manasquan Reservoir right down the street. Route 9 and 195 are minutes away. The entrance to the Parkway and the shore are nearby. I am an easy-going person who has mostly lived alone in the past. I work during the day and enjoy quiet evenings and weekends. This house is too much space for , so seeking a roommate. I would be more than happy to show the house most evenings or weekends, if interested. Thanks!

The room is located in am amazing house 10 minutes from NYC!!! Details about the room: Newly painted, brand new door/lock, beautiful hard wood floors and a semi-private bath shared with one other person. The room has two really large windows that let in great daylight and a nice breeze. ADDITIONALLY, there is an indoor front porch, which is ideal to sit in and watch the snowfall in the winter; a washer and dryer in the house, the bus stop to NYC is literally right across the street. We are also 5 mins from a large shopping district. This house would not be a good situation for someone who is noisy or who isnt conscientious of other/takes up lots of space.
