Looking for a non-smoker female to share a 3BR house with me. The house has 3 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 full bathroom. Ive occupied 1 bedroom and other two bedrooms are vacant. You can choose anyone of them. You would share the bathroom, kitchen and dining room with me. House is at Jefferson Ave, close to Christ Hospital, Jersey City, NJ-07306. It is 12-15 minutes of walk to JSQ PATH station. Dollar Vans and NJ Transit bus stop is at 2 minute walk. Laundromat,grocery shops etc are available in with 10 minute walk. Rent is $600pm (excl gas n electricity). No pets are allowed. You also need to give $600 as deposit when you are moving in. Move in date is 14-May-2006. Im 26 yrs old male from India responsible as Computer Programmer in Downtown New York City from Mon-Fri 9am to 8pm schedule.
