I have a Two bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Hoboken Hudson County, New Jersey at Grand / 7th for the rent of $825/Mth . The roommate lease is from 3/6/2005 to 07/31/2005 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 800. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

I will have available on March 6, 2005 one bedroom in a nice two-bedroom apartment in Hoboken. I need someone to move in for a short-term period, i.e. from March 1 until lease expiration on July 31, 2005. The bedroom is about 11 x 11, has hardwood floor, sizeable closet, and is equipped for cable and Internet (you simply have to provide the television and computer for your own use). Also included are ALL utilites: water, garbage, electricity, gas, cable, internet. The apartment has downstairs laundry and a supermarket one block away. Any point in Hoboken is within a 15 minute walk. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal in the area. Looking for a courteous, responsible, neat, respectful person to move in for 5 months
