I live in London but keep this New York apt for when I come to the city once or twice a month. 42" Plasma screens in bedroom and living room, beautifully furnished and decorated in prewar building. Am a open minded male looking for 1 roomate (open minded male) to rent the apt. - ok so here is the catch.. The apt will be all yours whilst Im away but when I come to town (7-10 days a month) you would have to sleep on the very large and comfortable sofa bed in the living room. there is loads of closet space etc and Im very cool and relaxed.
