You should be very neat and clean (in your own room also), sweet natured, relatively low key, responsible. I am kind hearted humorous artist/companion in my 50s. One other woman, 26, a very lovely fashion designer. The room is 9x12, sunny, furnished with a futon couch, dresser & 2 tables. Extra toilet in apartment. Some traffic noise, as the room is on Lexington. I don’t have a (high speed) network, but both current roommates have been able to access a connection outside the apartment. |
