Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does not have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is . This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

We have a 3bdr/2.5 bath townhouse, with one bedroom for rent. There are 2 female roommates, and we are looking for a female to rent. The renter will have a private bedroom and will share a bathroom with one of us. Utilities will be split 3 ways. The townhouse is furnished with exception of the bedroom, and comes with all appliances, including a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a small dog in the household, and we would prefer that the renter not bring any other pets (with the exception of caged pets, such as fish, birds, etc.). The townhouse is clean and well-kept, with parking spaces in front and a fenced in patio in the back.
