The roommate lease is from 11/14/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Shared and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 2700. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

I have a master bedroom available. It is 18x11 w/ walk-in closet and private bathroom. The house is fully furnished with pool table, bigscreens, couches, diches, etc. This house would be shared with 3 of my buddies Ive known for a long time. They are all between 24-26 and have responsible respsonsible. The house is 11 min. from downtown and about 5 min. from UNCC. I do not require a lease. Utilities are split 4 ways.
