| I have a Two bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Belmont Dayton, Ohio at Wayne Ave / Watervliet Ave for the rent of $300/Mth . The roommate lease is from 12/1/2005 to Min6 and the tenant can renew the lease.
The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required.

Window A/C unit, central heat. Parking on street or back or property.On bus route. 2 blocks from fire/police station and Belmont H.S. Strip malls in any direction approx. 1 mile. Laundry in basement is downstairs tenants. Arrangements can be made with him to use his machines. (Approx. $20 month) Storage in basement and garage area.Willing to have either male or female housemate. Would enjoy a person of faith (judeo-friendly or islamic). The $300 a month breaks down into $250 for rent and $50 toward utilities. If share of utilities is greater than $50, then difference would be collected. (example: heat in winter time) Rent is to be paid on a weekly basis of $75 (or $150 biweekly if that is pay-day) until job and rent payment history has been exibited, then $300 can be paid on monthly basis instead of weekly.
