The roommate lease is from 9/1/2005 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. I currently live in a 10 bedroom house that my roommates and I have collectively decided to sublet. We are hoping to be out by September 1st but will be flexible with dates. The four rooms I am trying to sublet all have sinks in the rooms and one even has its own stove/refrigerator and private entrance. The house is air conditioned and a free parking lot is provided behind the house. All three rooms will be $400 plus a security deposit.
