I have a Four bedrooms , 3+ bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Clifton Cincinnati, Ohio at East University / Euclid for the rent of $275/Mth . The roommate lease is from 3/22/2005 to 3to6M and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 140. This roommate rental is available to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

Sublet needed near UCs east or west campus. 3 minute walk to either campus. This is a beautiful and spacious, newly remodeled house. One private bedroom is available with a lockable door. The bedroom and rest of the house is fully furnished. Bedroon can be arranged to your preferences. I am a co-op at UC and will be back in the summer for classes, but arrangements can be made if you would like to extend your stay(we have a 4th bedroom we currently just use for storage). I currenly live with 2 recently responsibled responsibles(both age 25), and one obedient and friendly dog named dixie. Off street parking in the back.
