I have a House bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Clifton Cincinnati, Ohio at Stratford / Stratford for the rent of $280/Mth . The roommate lease is from 1/1/2005 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room.
