| The Commons is a great place to live! All utilities are included except electricity which is about $25 a month. Parking is an additional $20/month where you can park in the parking garage. Laundry facilities are in the actual apartment along with dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There are 4 people rooms to each apartment and are rented out by room. For every two bedrooms there is one bathroom. There is a pool and hot tub which is fun for nice weather. In the bedroom it comes furnished with a queen sized bed desk and four stackable drawers which can be used for a dresser. High speed internet is available along with cable. The people around here are nice and its a cozy place to live! Any questions just ask! |
