The roommate lease is from 6/1/2005 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 1200. This roommate rental is available to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

Our 3rd roommate responsible this year so we will be moving to a smaller apartment. For the summer we are subleting by room and currently have 3 rooms available.
