I have a Two bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Northeast PORTLAND, Oregon at Ne 63rd / Fremont for the rent of $400/Mth . The roommate lease is from 1/5/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Included and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 1000. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

I am responsible, respectful, honest, easy going female seeking same. No drugs, intoxication, indoor smoking. Chores shared equally inside and out; common areas of house to be kept uncluttered. I have two cats/will consider other pets. Enclosed outside "indoor" cat area. Fenced, parklike backyard has room for garden. Bedroom has double wide closet with two built in drawers & is partially furnished, if needed. There is storage & extra room in the basement for whatever. Off street parking. Lead a generally quiet lifestyle, not a lot of houseguests, but do have some over occasionally. Overnight guests are neg. I enjoy the arts, reading, animals/nature, friends/family, some private time, senses of humor & kind, creative, spiritual people.
