I have a Four bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 4 bedrooms and available in Istanbul Turkey, OtherEurope at Tayyareci Resmi / Bostanci for the rent of $500/Mth . The roommate lease is from 9/1/2004 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Included and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. Neighborhood has lots of supermarkets, bakeries, tea gardents, etc-every Wednesday fruit&vegetable bazaar. Good for positions at Yeditepe or Dogus universities. Optional- cleaning lady for 27$ (currently comes 2/month).
