Apartment has all new carpeting, a BIG bathroom, big bedroom, full kitchen, nice & comfy new furniture, private balcony overlooking Pugh Street, air conditioning, private parking (extra fee, if desired). The building in general is extremely nice, one of the newest apartment complexes in State College. Currently, 3 people are leasing the premises; one roommate responsibled in fall, I am doing a co-op in New Jersey through summer, and the third will be moving out at the end of the semester. Rent listed is per person. We are willing to go lower on the rent if you plan on moving in with a roommate or two. Sublet is for summer only. Dont hesitate to call with any questions! |
