Two of us have responsibled from landmark University and one is still a there. We had someone for the fourth room who bailed at the last minute. Although we are all female, a male roommate would be okay as long as you are cool and we get along with you. We really need someone to fill this space as soon as possible!

The main rental is for the enormous first floor bedroom at 4111 Locust Street just off of University of Pennsylvanias Campus. There will likely be no other subletters for the summer, but there may be other rooms available if you would like to have a housemate here also. I am very flexible so please dont hesitate to call. Make sure that you mention that its a summer rental, as that is the only time I have definite availability. My room has its own bathroom with shower and a nice bay window looking out onto Locust. We have a front porch, back deck and back yard and an especially large kitchen and common room.
