The roommate lease is from 10/28/2006 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. There is a public pool within walking distance and a park with a wave pool, hiking trails and skiing 5 minutes away. I have a lab/shapard mix and a dachshund. There is a bus stop within walking distance. Monroeville Mall is also only 5 minutes away and there are over 30 restaurants in Monroeville. Downtown Pittsburgh is a 20 minute ride. The house has a deck and a large back yard. The rent includes 2 bedrooms, one could be used as an office or tv room since it is a little smaller, I have included pictures of each of the rooms. All utilities are included. I have Direct TV and internet hookup and a home phone which you may use for local calls. I do not smoke but if you do thats okay as long as you only smoke outside.
