We have a room available in our house in the Roxborough/Manayunk area. It’s a really nice house-about 2700 square feet, new appliances, large rooms, three stories; washer/dryer, pool and we have a pretty good A/V set-up (PS2, DirecTV-all premium channels, home theater). Everyone in the house is between 21-28,all guys and although everyone is a responsible responsible person everyone is really laid back. The room is $500. Utilities are included except for cable. Everyone in the house splits the bill up. Looking for easy-going fun people.
