| Hi! Just trying to find someone to replace the current roomie who will be moving out in March sometime. Looking for someone resposible and drama-free. Rent will include all utilities including cable and high speed internet. The apartment has a washer/dryer/dishwasher/pool, and is about 3 minutes from the beach. Not looking for a best friend or anything, just makes sense not to have an empty room in such a nice apartment! PS: room may or may not be furnished, not sure yet, but there is a good chance. |
