I have a Three bedrooms , 3+ bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Columbia COLUMBIA, South Carolina at Bull Street / Elmwood for the rent of $240/Mth . The roommate lease is from 2/15/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Shared and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. Greetings, I am currently looking for a roommate my conditions is my current roommate got a job in the ATL and I just found out 2 days ago. Well I need someone in ASAP to full her spot. I have a two-bed room 1-bath room. The rooms are pretty big I think. And the rent would be $255 a piece and half of the light bill. I am currently going to college and I work part time. I am very down to earth NO DRAMA type person. I don’t have traffic in and out of the house!! And I don’t plan to get some one that has a hold lot of company.
