I have a Four bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 4 bedrooms and available in Eixample Barcelona, Spain at Valencia, 286 / Pg. De Gracia for the rent of $750/Mth $330/Wk $50/Day. The roommate lease is from 3/28/2005 to Year_round and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does have an Elevator.
