Im subletting a nice room in a nice big shared apartment in L’EIXAMPLE (close to RAMBLA CATALUNYA, between PLAZA CATALUNYA and PLAZA ESPANA,), for the month of AUGUST!
Incredibily well located spot ( subway lines plus train and buses) in a safe neighbourhood. Also all kinds of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restarants.
We prefered a NON smoking woman, who knows how to share an apartment, respect the house rules conserning noise and cleaningness.
reliable and respectful people, sorry, not college partys.
The room is fully furnished.
