I have a Three bedrooms , 3+ bathrooms apartment to share with 2 bedrooms and available in Nashville East Nashville Area, Tennessee at Elm Hill Pike / Patio Dr for the rent of $350/Mth . The roommate lease is from 6/25/2004 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator.
