| I have two rooms for rent. They are in my house, females only. The small room is 225/mo plus 50 utilities and the larger room is 350/mo plus 75 util. It is a nice area, and a dog friendly house with 3 dogs already, and a fenced yard. No cats please-allergies. I am looking for ladies who are moderately clean, neither obsessive or messy, a few dishes is okay, but not a whole sinkful.
