Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. Brand new house near downtown-many people walk to work. Near lots of restaurants, and entertainment facilities. New area with lots of yound responsibles. If someone was coming to get medical help in the Texas Medical center and had to stay several months. Do not want invalids. I am looking for a responsible person with an excellent background. Small backyard and partial view of downtown. Could partially furnish bedroom. Can offer other small bedroom as private study. Double garage has garage door opener for easy coming and going.
