| This is a very nice apartment i need to sublet because i am going back to my country and it will be a loss if I break the lease. I guess credit application wont be required if you pay me upfront. And if you do then I will be paying 130 dollars out of 630 so it comes upto 500 dollars only for such a nice apartment.fireplace,balcony,walkin closet,swimming pool etc |
