Its very nice, very nice layout with 2 masterbedrooms with people bath, entrances and own outside enclosed porches on each side. Really sweet. It also has a pool. The vaulted livingroom with stone fireplace and kitchen are shared and it has a double carport. Rent is negotiable. Id like to get a minimum 750 per month to 1000. There is an office annex to one masterbedroom as well. You could have your choice of which side of the house you would like to live on and an extra bedroom is optional.
