All utilities are included -- electricity, trash, water, DirectTV, phone. Internet is currently dial up. You will need to bring bedroom furniture and personal items. Small dog or cat okay. Fenced in backyard. Parking available. Large living area downstairs with formal dining room, large living room, kitchen nook, wash room (w/d included), huge kitchen. My only requirements are that you clean up after yourself and keep your room in decent condition. Very open minded household. I am 46 years old, divorced woman, with two grown kids who are on their own. I also have a small shih tzu. I am looking to get the one bedroom rented ASAP. |

| Im building a new three bedroom, two baths, two car garage, whirlpool in both bathrooms, fam-room, children retreat, formal living and dinning, ceiling fans in all rooms, washer and dryer, cable hook-ups in all the rooms and phone jacks in the rooms. The whole house is fully furnished except for the formals right now. The community has a fitness center, pool and bike trails. Im a honest responible person looking . I dont do drugs I do drink on occassions. I dont party a lot dont have a lot of people going in and out of the house. Im looking for a reliable roommate who can be respectful of my privacy and I will be of theirs, but that doesnt mean we cant be friends. Im an easy going person to live with and I hope you are to.
