I have a Two bedrooms , 3+ bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Midtown Houston, Texas at Labranch / Drew for the rent of $600/Mth . The roommate lease is from 3/3/2004 to Min6 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. Direct TV, Tivo, dsl service, and 2 cats. Would share townhouse with myself and boyfriend until august, and then just with boyfriend. I will be back in June, but will visit. Probably will have a lot of time to yourself here since boyfriend is lawyer and works a lot and will visit me often.
