Howdy! Im trying to help my roommate find someone to replace me at his condo in College Station. The condo is very cozy with a full kitchen, fireplace and living room. Parking is always easy and very close to the front or back door. The unit has a nice little back porch with a grill, as well. This place is in a GREAT location with tons of restaurants, the Post Oak shopping mall, the beautiful Wolf Pen Creek Park and Ice Center, The Tap bar all within a minutes drive or a very short walk! HEB (for groceries) is just down the road and Texas A&M University is just 5 minutes away, as well! The owner, Steven, is a senior at TAMU and a very laid-back, friendly guy, although hell actually be on an internship in Houston for much of the semester. (Youll have the place to yourself most of the year!)
