I have a Two bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in East Sugarhouse SALT LAKE CITY AREA, Utah at 2100 S / 2100 E for the rent of $375/Mth . The roommate lease is from 2/1/2004 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Shared and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. Hi, I'm a 24 year old guy looking for a roommate. I'm more on th clean side then not, so any possible roommate needs to be able to clean up after themselves when it comes to shared living space. Not much of a party type either, though I'm cool with parties now & again. I work full time & am usually a part time reliable person(though I'm not in school this semester & opted to learn Japanese instead).
