| Im very easy going, open minded and kick back. No preference on gender. As long as you are responsible, pay the rent on time and respect the others in the house, you should be just fine. Oh and you should like dogs since there are two very friendly boxers present. All utilities are included which also includes wireless internet access, Direct TV, house phone, washer/dryer and lots of storage. Minutes away from almost every store you can think of, restaurants, fast food, gym and freeway. The house was built in 2003 and it is located in a fairly new neighborhood. |
