| I have a Three bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Burlington Northern Vermont, Vermont at S Willard / Pearl for the rent of $565/Mth . The roommate lease is from 6/1/2006 to 1to3M and the tenant can not renew the lease.
The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required.
The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building.

| Im looking to sublet my bedroom in a 3 bedroom condo/apartment located in the Hill
Gardens complex while Im in NYC June 1st- August 30th. Me and my roomates are UVM
juniors looking for someone preferably female whos responsible and fairly clean but
likes to cut loose now and then, juniors, seniors, responsible/med sudents would be fabulous.
The room is quite big with a huge closet and in it theres a sliding glass door right
onto a porch (the porch is just for you). I can furnish it if you need me to. The
apartment has new carpets and appliances including a dishwasher. The only utilities
youll have to pay are electric and cable/internet. We looked long and hard to find the
place and it definitely one of the nicest apartments in Burlington!
