hi-im mary-i live 10 min away from the beach-the bedrm rental is small but ideal for someone with little baggage-cat 'lovers" a should-hate drama but love music-do my share of housework & pay my bills on time-dont care what my roomy does as long as it doesnt wake the neighborhood up / isnt illegal / and doesnt affect MY credit :-) -dont really party but if i do it wont be at the apt [dont like cleaning up after drunk ppl :-) ] im pretty easy going & treat ppl how they treat me-i would like to have someone who plans to stay a while but we can negotiate for any time length needed-im gonna cut it off here so hope to 'hear" from ya soon :-) - if not good luck to ya-bye :D
