I have a Two bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Renton Seattle Area, Washington at Talbot / 43rd for the rent of $900/Mth . The roommate lease is from 11/1/2004 to Min6 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Other and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. I do not expect renter to be dietary needs, however I do prefer that no meat be cooked in the home. Location is only 20 minutes from Seattle and 15 minutes to Bellevue/Redmond/Eastside with easy access to Hwy 167, I-5 and 405 freeway. 5 minutes from Valley General Hospital and South Center shopping...15 minutes from SeaTac airport.

Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Shared and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator.
