I have a Five+ bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 2 bedrooms and available in Northgate Seattle, Washington at 107th / 24th Ave E for the rent of $575/Mth . The roommate lease is from 3/31/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Shared and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. Required credit approval, first and last month deposit, includes utilities except phone and internet access. Could provide bed and breakfast and lunch with additional charge/ cost.($650 for bed and breakfast,with dinner $700-this includes bed and linens if needed).
