The roommate lease is from 2/5/2005 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The lease runs through July. We are 2 female and I am subleasing my room. The apartment is very nice and recently remodeled. Common area is fully furnished.
