Large, sunny room on the 3rd floor with 2 closets. You would share a bathroom with one other person (a gal). 1 block from the Waterfront metro stop (green line), Safeway, CVS, Bank of America, and Arena Stage.
$802 a month includes: utilities, cable, wireless internet, access to fitness center and pool, Off street parking spot is available. Large common spaces. Has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor patio with garden and grill, central a/c, wireless internet, cable. Common areas are furnished, although we can definetely make room for additional furniture!
