| Hello, internet. I have a 3 bedroom house in Kensington that I am living in alone for the responsibleent. Id like to have a roommate, because the mortgage payments are taking their toll on me, and the gas bill is shaping up to be a second mortgage in and of itself. Im looking for to take the two empty bedrooms in the house (I have the master bedroom); there is one bathroom, which I have no problem sharing (dont worry, Im pretty clean). The kitchen is spacious, and Im probably going to do some major work on it in the summer; I have an attic for storage, on-street parking in a nice quiet neighborhood, front and back yards, and my pleasant company. Utilities are included in the rent Im asking for, so its kind of a good deal. Im a mile and a half from 495, 10 miles from the University of Maryland, 5 miles from Bethesda and Washington DC, and a large shopping mall about half a mile away (Wheaton Plaza, now called Westfield Shoppingtowne Wheaton).
